Media Contact Colectric Names Tilley as Director, Supply Chain Management Tilley Brings More Than 30 Years of Experience From TVA JACKSONVILLE, FLA.-- Tim Tilley has been appointed to the position of Director, Supply Chain Management with Colectric Partners, Inc., a national non-profit company designed to help America’s public utility companies increase their competitiveness through collaboration. Tilley comes to Colectric with more than 30 years of experience in the electric utility industry with emphasis on supply chain management. His diverse power industry experience includes various project management, business development, and senior management roles within TVA, one of the largest electrical utilities in the United States. At TVA Tilley held management positions in a number of procurement departments, including Generation Procurement, Corporate Procurement, Supplier Management, and most recently eProcurement. Prior to his retirement from TVA, Tilley's vision and knowledge were instrumental in the development of TVA's successful eMarketplace program, presently utilized by 119 of TVA's distributors with 690 users and 49 supplier catalogs.
